A website or app is only useful while it stays online, fast, and secure. Ventisette care plans cover the running costs and maintenance for sites and applications we build for Augusta-area businesses, so you have one person to call when something needs to change.
What a care plan covers
Managed hosting on a global network, your domain and SSL certificate, security and dependency updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring with alerts, and a set of small content changes each month, such as new photos, updated hours, or a new service.
When something breaks
If monitoring flags a problem, we are already looking at it. If you spot something, you contact the engineer who built the site directly, not a ticket queue.
What it costs
Care plans are quoted per project, based on what you have and how often it changes. You can also manage the site yourself; care is optional.

Can you host a site you did not build?
Care plans are for websites and applications Ventisette builds. If you have an existing site, we can look at it and tell you whether it is worth moving or rebuilding.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Because you own your domain, content, and code, you can take everything with you.
